Terms and Condition.

3.1 Donations:
Shri Dwarkadhish Dharmseva Sanstha is a non-profit, charitable organization. We deeply appreciate every donation, which is a voluntary contribution towards our mission of "Illuminating Lives, Uplifting Communities" and supporting our diverse programs in social awakening, welfare, healthcare, heritage conservation, environmental care, education, and community development.

As such, all donations made to Shri Dwarkadhish Dharmseva Sanstha are non-refundable.

3.2 Rationale:
Once a donation is made, the funds are allocated to our various charitable activities and projects as outlined in our CSR profile and other communications. Refunding donations would divert resources from these critical programs and impact our ability to serve our beneficiaries.

3.3 Erroneous Donations:
In the event of an error in the donation amount or a duplicate transaction made unintentionally by the donor, please contact us immediately at our Email Address or Phone Number within 2  days of making the donation.
You will need to provide:

  • Proof of the donation (transaction ID, screenshot, bank statement).

  • A clear explanation of the error.

We will review such cases on a case-by-case basis to address genuine errors. If an error is confirmed (e.g., a technical glitch leading to a double charge, or a clear typographical error in the amount that can be reasonably demonstrated), we may, at our sole discretion, attempt to rectify the transaction if feasible and if the funds have not already been irrevocably committed. This does not constitute a general right to a refund but is a provision for addressing clear, unintentional errors in the transaction process itself. In case of refund is accepted, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.4 Tax Exemption Receipts:
For donations eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, we will issue a receipt upon successful realization of the donation. Please ensure you provide accurate details (Name, Address, PAN) for the issuance of the 80G certificate. The issuance of a tax receipt does not alter the non-refundable nature of the donation.

3.5 No Refund for Change of Mind or Other Reasons:
We cannot provide refunds for donations made due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, or any other reason not covered under "Erroneous Donations" as described above.

Refund Policy.
